    Here's what I do.

    Monday
    Shoulders, Bis, Tris
I usually superset 2 parts at the one time. IE. bis - laterals, tris - anterior, etc.

    Wednesday
    Legs

    Friday
    Chest, back
I usually perform 2 exercises back to back, one for chest, the other for back. After 4 sets, I switch movements but still try to superset chest/back.

Working arms directly in the beginning of the week gives them enough rest to be hit again indirectly on Friday.

Move legs to an evening of a training day. Move tris to your ab day or some other two body part workout. You keep your 3 day split but use a double on one day.
I love the sound of clanging iron in the morning. It sounds like victory...
