What should my daily calorie intake be, if I am trying to slim down? 5'10" 210 male 19-21% body fat? Any help on the slimming down would be helpful. How long does it take for the average person to loose 5-8% body fat?
Side note question.
What do those of you who like to have a few drinks on the weekend prefer? I know no alcohol is the best.

You might not need to really mess around with calories, but more of what you are putting into your system. If you eat pizza and drink beer all day but have a low colric intake you will still gain fat. Try cleaning up your diet, go to the nutrition board and there should be a sticky there with foods you can eat. Also for alcohol your best bet is to probbly stick with hard alcohol like vodka and such drink them fast to get the buzz and drink a little every hour or so to keep it so you consume less.
