365 opener -- good
385 closer -- 2 attempts failed. Not sure what happened! Prepping
405 -- First attempt

Its not like he is a mod in a quality of life section like diet or aas. But is definitly needed to ass rape fools like J4CKT. He is the light of anything goes and will guide us to the promise land of debauchery, tranny diddleing and closet gheyness.
Yeah, I been working hard at them. I was pissed I couldn't get the 385 squat though. The goal at the meet was: 365, 385, 405 and I just couldn't push through the 385.
The deadlift has gone up remarkably.
I benched significantly less then the goal because I missed the first 405 attempt and had to repeat (I racked the weight before being told to do so)

I am sticking with the power lifting for a while, I have a lot of untapped potential and some good coaches.
I just wanna avoid getting fat! So dieting proper and lifting proper. I have great coaches though
