    Question Stretching Routines

Following from the "Stretching" thread, do people/you guys generally follow a fixed stretching routine? And if so, what is it?
I want to start stretching after workouts, but I'm not too sure how to go about it. Apart from legs, I don't really know how to (properly) stretch the rest of my body.
Do you do stretching in 'sets' of different movements? Ahat sort of method is generally used for proper stretching after a workout?
If anyone has had particular success with a method they follow, please share!
    Thanks
    John C.

Here is a good site about stretching. Read through it all if you want, it has a lot of very good info. Click on the "How to Stretch" link if you don't feeling like reading it all.
