Torn ligament?!?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I was just wondering if anyone knew approximately how long it takes to heal if you tear a muscle. I think I tore my bicep muscle and it is really bumming me out. Everyday I wake up and hope that the pain is gone away so I can hit the gym again. It's already been two weeks and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Am I doomed?

My best advice would be if you have not already done so, is to go and see your doctor.

You should have seen a doc immediately, generally you have only a couple days for optimal recovery if treated, depending where the tear is you will essentially never be the same again.
