Why don't you do the leg challenge with us????????
Each of us conceals an abyss, though few of us are aware of its existence, and even fewer dare to explore its vastness.

    My recommendations:

    Squats
    Hack Squats
    Lunges
    Sissy Squats
    Leg Extensions

    That's for quads.

SLDL and Leg Curls for hammies!

    Calves (keepin' it simple here):

    Standing Raises
    Seated Raises

    That'll do it....TRUST ME!

IMO...keep reps slightly higher than other bodyparts...that's what works for me anyway.....like 10-15 for quads and hams...and 10 to up to 20 for calves!

    Cheers
    Searching for the right balance...
