    Which Book

I am looking to purchase a book - or 2 to increase my knowledge around the sport of bodybuilding, I have read almost every article from ironmagazine.com and bodybuilding.com and now.. well I want to know if there is more out there, could people please recommend 1 or 2 books which would be worthwhile reading, ie with updated nutritional advice, training strategies and techniques which is also well illustrated. I have been recommended a few already, but I am hesitant.

1)The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding: The Bible of Bodybuilding - by Arnold (I've been told is is quite outdated though and isn't that great)

    2) Hardcore Bodybuilding: A Scientific Approach - ( I checked it out on Amazon and it appears to have quite a lot of detail...

3)Brother Iron, Sister Steel: A Bodybuilder's Book - Dave Draper

    Well please recommend... thanks.

Yes...Ripped 1, 2 and 3.....I've talked with Clarence too.....smart guy, but we don't see eye to eye on Cardio....

He is very much into science and studies...his site is gr8 resource.

His books offer a Healthy and Natural approach to leaness......but they are geared mainly to ecto's and meso's w/low IR (Insulin Resistance)....his programs won't work for many!

But as a Lifestyle, good reading.
