Jem sorry about not responding to this post if you still coming by. I never saw it. I’m usually gone from this forum for a long time than come back and repeat the same thing over and over. My arms are not too bad, but they’re not anywhere near where I want them to be. I have one day just for just arms. For about an hour all I do are exercises for those two. When I’m done with one exercise for bi exercise I move to an exercise for tri and keep repeating the same cycle. It’s hard to do everything but the pump you get in your arms is incredible. Use weight that you know is going to be challenging not something you know you can get though easy.

Usually this is what I do. Not in order, usually I pair them up and do the hardest exercises at the beginning and leave the easier one towards the end.

dumbbell kickbacks 4 x 8
concentration curls 4 x 8
skull crutches 4 x 8
preacher curls 4 x 8
ropes pushdown 4 x 8
incline dumbbell curls 4 x 8
dips 4 x 15
standing dumbbell curls 4 x 8
close-grip bench press 4 x 5
barbell curls 4 x 6
