Killing My Inner Calves
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com When I do my calf raises, I notice that my outer calves are getting a nice pump, but my inner calves dont seem to be getting an equal share of the pain. I was wondering if there are any specific exercises to work the inner calves or is it just about foot position or even genetics? BTW, I usually do both seated and standing calf raises once per week.

have you tried doing single calf raises? i noticed that it feels like more of the muscle is working when i do these compared to both.
