Back to the grind, in need of some help?

Hi! I used to post here alot but not for awhile and I really dont know anyone here now soooooo. Well as I said I used to come here alot and I lost alot of weight but of course I got pregnant, gained weight and had a baby. Well I need to lose about 20 lbs and I used to have a workout I did but I have misplaced everything I used to go by, could anyone suggest a good split I could use and also which exercises to do? I would appreciate any help, thank you

Why not come up with something basic and ask for opinions? Putting together an entire routine is a bit of work, and some people prefer one thing to another.

if you're just now re-starting weight training I suggest you do some type of circuit, not a split. maybe a full body work-out 2-3 times per week for the first month or so.
