I'm 15 years old. I weigh 145lbs and am 5'7. Roughly 11% body fat. I've been training fairly consistently for a few years but only with high repetitions. (example:10-12). I am sick of using small weights and I want to learn how to train as a powerlifter. My current max bench is 200lbs, sqaut 200lbs, and clean is 135lbs. Could someone give me a very general routine that focuses on strength training?
thanks for listening |
