Good Training Series?
just curious if anybody has read, or used the MAX-OT training series or heard anything good/bad about it. thanks.

Yes, I used it for about 6 weeks or so.
It's a good program, but I do not recommend you stay on it the way they do. Also, not all people will respond well to the low rep training. But it's worth a shot, try it for 4-6 weeks. BOARD SPONSORS: ![]()
