Angry It's Messed Up ! Damnit!

My Elbow is screwed... Damnit, I was tightening a tap today and even when I do that I can feel pain in my right elbow. The annoying thing is that I have been ACCELERATING with great gains within the last couple of weeks, Mass and strength.

I don't really know what to do ? Maybe I should just start to Cut ?
that way I won't be lifting very heavy weights but concentrate on Cardio... Yet I still feel SKinny, so I'll just be lean.

I don't know what to do.. are there any medicines which I could take to quicken recovery? .. also How long will it usually take to recover.. more or less??

I think I'm gonna go off and cry now..
