BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I may be the last to know but did you guys know www.gymamerica.com is now charging for membership? I hadn't visited this site for a while but was putting a new routine together and went there for there animated demo's. I like doing that so I have everthing layed out in front of me to choose what to do and exactly what muscles I am working. No such luck without spending (if I remember right 79.95) for a years membership. That sucks, hope this is not the start of a trend! Anyway there off my favorites list. Does anyone know of any sites with demos similar?

Thanks EarWax!!!!!
I was really upset when they changed things around because I refer allot of people to that site. I'm glad that you found it bro. Hey, maybe you're good for something after all. LOL There are a few other sites on the net with animated demos but none that have as many exercises as gymamerica does. ------------------ If you build it they will come |
