I've got it, shows Tom Platz and alot of other people from around that time (1980). Seems like alot of show prep, I would not say it shows as much training as Pumping Iron but I haven't watched it in some time. Tom Platz also talks a little bit about what he does and why and while he is practice posing on a beach, so its not just Arnold's show.

I would like to see that, especially after my recent seminar with Tom Platz, he's a cool guy.

Well, you cannot stay huge your whole life bro!

He's pretty messed up, especially his shoulders. He is more into teaching (for the ISSA) and personal training now (him and his wife run a PT studio in Cali), not being a "bodybuilder". He said that he trains pro bodybuilders too, one recent one was Lee Priest.

i wanted to see Comeback too, but if it's kind of similar to Pumping Iron, i will pass. i would love to see a video dedicated to just seeing the guys like arnold, lou, columbo, etc just training. that would be awesome. i need to go find a platz picture now.

I haven't seen it yet but I have gotten off Kazaa Ronnie Colemans The Unbelieveable, Pumping Iron, and Dorian Yates Blood and Guts. Am still trying to find Lee Preists THe Blonde Myth.

What's the link?

Sorry, I'm soooo not up with technology and how this is done....

Also, if you down load something, does that mean you are going to get those annoying ads/pop-ups/etc. infesting your computer... I guess I'm always afraid to download things...

Here is the link here -
Kazaa Lite

This is the one without the popups and spyware.

Here is another one -
WinMx

That has no spyware or popups either.

On Kazaa Lite, the opening home page even has a movie and tv series area to download movies that are still in the theatres.

The fasttrack homepage it uses you can use seperatly, just save to fav's. Here is link -
Fasttrack
When using fastrack, makesure that you use that first then start Kazaa so the download begins.

http://www.kazaalite.com/

If your going to try and download them, I would suggest that you have DSL or cable, if your on a modem it will take you a few days of straight downloading, which means leaving your computer on constantly.

I didn't like Dorian Yates flick too much. I liked Ronnies even though we discover that he trains sloppily.

I never liked WinMX because I could never find anything on it. To search, pick part of the title, or search for Arnold. If the title is THE COMEBACK try searching COMEBACK or ARNOLD.
