Try searching the last months worth of posts for powerlifting. I like some strength, but the danger factor keeps me out of it.

Why the change? I ask because I now model my regimen after powerlifting. If you are looking to get explosive, you won't be using enough weight to hurt yourself anyway. I like my routine so far, I am growing pretty well and my forearms are now strong enough to hold what my back can. I will PM you what I am doing if you want, I can also link you to the sites I got the technique from as well.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I don't know how well it sits with the leaders of this forum linking to other forums, but I've learned quite a bit about powerlifitng here. I suggest you read all of Arioch's posts as they are insanely in depth and do open up new ideas to things you may not have thought of.
