Question How to get a body like LL Cool J?

Hey all! I was just wondering what training would be required at get a body like LL Cool J? I would like to be lean, but have quite big arms as well. Should I do much cardio on my off days, but heavy lifting on arm days? I was thinking of training 4 days a week, and going on a cutting diet, and reduce my intake of carbs throughout the day, ending carb intake at 5.00pm. Lastly, any idea what I could eat in the evening which is high protein, low carb? I'm tired of eating tuna and salmon! Thanks very much guys, hope you can help!

Why do people keep posting threads "how do you get a body like (fill in your favorite movie starts name here)"? Why don't you post your diet and training routine and let everyone help you get the besdt body that you possibly can. The real question should be:

how to get a body that I can be proud of?

In the evening eat cottage cheese....lots of protein and fat, low carbs and is not tuna or salmon.

peace

I understand that many peopel admire bodies such as LL's or whoever. But, you cannot have that body because it is THEIR body. Genetics will not let you look exactly like them. For instance, you could focus so much on your arms and never have arms as big as his...but maybe your back or chest would blow his away some day...does that mean your body isn't as good? NO! My body sucks, I'm too weak, and my stomach is ugly as hell! But, I still love my body and want to work hard to sculpt to the best of ITS potential.

People like LL Cool J, Madonna, Demi Moore, and even Arnold Schwartzeneggar have all day and energy to work out. Not to mention top trainers and chefs to make them their every meal ect. Arnold says he trained 2 months, 3 hours a day (with a couple of different shots I am sure ) to get back into terminator form. For me to train 3 hours a day is impossible, and I am barely married and have no children or a stressful job!

I can't wait to see Arnold in T3 to see how good he really looks...

Oh, and from what I read in FLEX, they are gonna start negotiations for T4 sometime later in the year! Anyone else skeptical!?

How does the average woman compare to a mannequin and
a Barbie doll?

The average woman is 5'4", a size 12. She has a 37" bust, a 29" waist
and 40" hips.

A mannequin is 6', a size 6. She has a 34" bust, a 23" waist and 34" hips.
Mannequin image

A Barbie doll is 7'2". She has a 40" bust, a 22" waist and 36" hips. To
see Barbie go to Barbie.com. Barbie is a product of Mattel Inc.

More Facts

A Barbie doll's neck is TWICE the length of a normal human's neck!

If a woman had the same measurements as a mannequin,
she wouldn't have enough body fat to menstruate!

The "typical model" weighs 20% less than the average woman!

60% of American women wear a size 12 or larger!

Now this is from 1998 so not sure how much the statistics have changed....

Welsh_Dragon you post this at the right time.. in both the new muscle and fitness and the new men's fitness, they both have articles on Ll cool J.. alittle of the same info but if i was you i would get both. You can insert anyone's name but to get a body like them you have to get huge first then cut up, their bodies are all the same, with a exception or 2 in certain body parts

What arnold did for t3 ( in terms of getting big) is equal to what michael jordan did for basketball. At an old age he proved he can still get some good size

There are a couple dudes at the gym who just look great. Everyone asks them questions and etc etc etc ... IMO, they don't workout different than anyone. 50% genetics - 25% diet - 25% routine ...
