How do I get a body like John Goodman?

How does one go about obtaining John Goodman's lady-killing physique from "The Big Lebowski"? Did you see those abs?...How does he do it? What is his secret?!?!?!?

DO TELL!!!!!!!!!

Lots, and lots of pizza I am thinking. But seriously, I would bet some mint chip or cookie dough ice cream could also be the key to unlocking such a physique, however I am sure he used a multi-faceted approach.

Pizza and beer, the best bulking on earth!

John Goodman isn't really as buff as he appears on screen.
Strategic camera and lighting techniques are largely responsible.

Well, proper beer-lifting on a regular basis is also very important, along with a healthy dose of hamburguers, with the usual supplements like bacon and cheese.

But he's also genetically gifted - not everyone can look like that!
