Flex or Muscular Development
Which do you think is more hardcore and better? These 2 mags go at each other all the time. I am a fan of flex, I don't want to read articles about steroids and i don't like the little cartoon news images they have at the beginning of MD. While i love big tity women, i don't enjoy them all over my bodybuilding mag, nope. The one thing i will give Md is it seems their training routine are shorter then flex's.. but Flex is the winner for me

THIS GOES OUT TO ALL MY FREAKS BIG POPPA PUMP IS YOUR HOOK-UP....HOLLA IF YA HEAR ME
"You don't have to be a mathematician to realize that a task this size can't be accomplished by doing 3 or 5 total sets per body part. The body's of these modern bodybuilders who are seduced into following an old-fashioned- theory of training under the guise of a new scientific approach to bodybuilding will surely be lacking. It takes a minimum of 4 or 5 exercises to train each main bodypart , at least 3 exercises for the smaller ones and this can add up to a total of 20 sets"-Arnold Schwarzenegger |

Of the two I would go MD, but I have not read either in several years so I really dunno.
Of the Weider mags, Flex used to be the soap opera rag of choice. All the latest crap about who hates who and so on, so I never much liked it but for pictures. |

dude neither of these mags are "hardcore". They are both pathetic watered down excuses for muscle mags with useless info in them. You are better off not wasting your money on that crap if you are actually interested in learning anything.
