Poor Form=Money Wasted

I get a kick out of guys who come into the gym, load up a bunch of weight, and lift it using very poor form and/or partial range of motion. I saw a guy the other day doing dumbbell bench presses using a very heavy poundage and he was maybe going 1/2 to 2/3 range of motion on this exercise. I've witnessed a guy doing heavy squats that looked like good mornings. These guys are totally wasting the money they fork out for a gym membership because they are recieving little or no benefit from the crappy way they train. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about because you've seen these people in the gym. I laugh to myself at these "ego lifters."
I believe one gets much better results from not going as heavy, but using full range of motion, strict form, and concentrating on the muscle being worked. I go heavy enough to stimulate growth and to work the muscle, but I also use strict form and lift the weight through the muscle's full range of motion.
