Ok people, I need some help! I will be 61 in november and this is my last ditch effort. I have dumbells 30-100lbs, a 300lb. olympic set and a power rack. At this time I just purchased 5% test. gel (enough for 6 mo.) Knees are shot from 35 years in construction and neck is shot to hell. I weigh 214, Im 5-9 and on atkins. I need a total body workout with the equipment I have. Screw the knees and neck, I'll work through it. My goal is to have a body like the UFC fighter Matt Hughes. 4 years ago I could bench 400, but like an asshole I thought that was over all fitness (I worked arms and a little bit of legs, but nothing for the core). All I need is an incline bench, I have a flat bench. I am retired and can devote whatever time is needed. In my whole life, I have never been able to take off my shirt without feeling like a fat fuck. before I die, I want to feel ok about doing that.
