I injured my spine. I have questions.

About one week ago i started to notice that my spine was starting to irritate me. It's gotten a lot worse since then. now it's hurts when i move around and even sometimes when i'm just sitting. It hurts the most when i'm trying to hold weight on my shoulders like squats or standing calf raises. it is only one of my vertabraes. i no because it also hurts when i touch it. i just have a few questions:
1. is it even from weight lifting?
2.if yes, what lift?
3. could it be a pinched nerve?
4.should i see a doctor or a chiropractor?

I'll only answer one of your questions

YES - you should see a doctor!

chiro

I always go to a chiro when that happens and they straighten things back out for you. It is worth it and not very expensive. You could be having problems from doing your squats improperly too.

i think it's from doing upright rows.

Berserker: Band of ancient Norse warriors, who fought frenzied by intoxicating liquors, and naked, regardless of wounds.
