Opinions Please

Hey Everyone. I haven't been hanging around to much because work has been heavy lately and all. But on a good note My friend got me back to the gym, for the last month we have been hitting the gym hard during lunch and it's been really good to get the blood flowing again. I have been making some real good gains as well, arms are up to 17" from 16" about two months ago.

Here's my question, I haven't been dieting at all, I eat whatever I want, but try to stay away from junk food (ok I dont try that hard) and have noticed my stregnth going up every week and also notice my muscles getting harder, but I am not losing any fat. (I know I am not trying to) Should I stop going all out and try to diet down some or keep going and wait until I plateau and then change the routine and start dieting. I am really happy just working out hard again but I am pretty fat, IMO.

Suggestions.

Keep on gaining. Why miss an opportunity? You can diet down anytime after the gains slow down.Take advantage of this growth spurt.

Yeah I think I will just keep pumping for now as it's too late to get into shape for summer now.

Thanks for replying!
