i need some advice, i have sort of a pigeon chest, meaning my solar plexus shows to much between my abs and my pecs and it looks like a cavern. Does this have to do with the way im working out or that in time with cardio it will disappear... tx

pigeon chest
I believe that pretty much comes from genetics. It does make it harder to get that cut between the chest. Work on building the upper chest muscles.
