Reevaluating my technique!
Hello everyone new here to IML. Athletic w/ 3years lifting consistently and beside everything else I need to reevaluate, I'm also here to look into my work out sessions. People say my form looks good but don't know how much I feel about that. I have prior broken bone injuries that seem to have messed up muscle memory/movement and feel other muscles might be compensating. My question, does anyone recommend a couple pros I could follow on YouTube, maybe examples of different exercisers or any other thing that might help. Thanks for your time.
