Roman chair?

Hello,

I live in a small town and there are no gyms that are close enough for me to bother joining, because of distance, driving time etc. I make my living as a fitter/welder at a local machine shop, and have made
much of my own equipment. I have had some back problems in the past and have found that using a Roman chair works my back just the right way, enabling me to do squats and dead lifts.

I was wondering if anyone has access to a drawing of a good Roman chair, or a website devoted to making your own gym equipment?

Jim

Sometimes living in a small town sucks. I lived in a small town growing up so I bought a cheap weight bench with a bunch of free weights but it's hard to go real heavy without squat racks and money to buy enough weight.

Have you tried searching on the internet for the plans???

PB&J,

Thanks for the welcome.
I have fabricated squat racks, lat pull down with pulleys and weights, and even made plates from round cut outs from a plate burning table. I have or have the resources for all the weight I will ever need.
No I haven't done a search..........thanks will give that a try.

If I do find a drawing I'll definitely share it with you.

Thanks

Jim

PB&J,

I couldn't find any plans for a roman chair, so I just down loaded some pictures of those offered for sale. I will have to just go by those, and make ajustments as I go along.
