x-size program

hey everyone, im new here. Just wondering if any of you use the x-size program found at www.x-size.com. If you do can you tell me if it worked well, was it easy to use, etc. thanks

i have read it and i like doing there setup set as part of my warmup but ive never tried there whole routine if they still give you that 3 week routine free you should try that and see how you like it. if you get good results continue doing it and if not its only 3 weeks

I looked into this some myself. It's hitting all the right buttons from a marketing point of view - less gym time - massive growth. I just could not even get through the "warm up" phase since my muscles were toast after only 2 minutes of the 3 minute warm up; or perhaps I was a bit too aggressive on the starting weights...

Just lift!Don`t fall for all these gimmicky routines that come out every month .I could write up a "System" and give it a fancy name like "Psycho Blastinng" and promise you great results by following it for a small fee.Stick to the basics and work hard you will not fail.There are no secrets or substitutes for hard training ,good nutrition,and consistancy.Beleive me I have been training a long time .
