If i run and jog will it decrese my gains in muscle. I am starting a new routine. Lift Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. And run 3 times a week on days when i don't lift.

Do some low intensity ,low impact cardio and keep your protein high or increse your protein in an effort to retain mass .

Should be fine...jog moreso than run...and make sure you take in a few additional calories to compensate for the deficit from the cardio. If you're not gaining w8 at the rate you want simply increase calories until you are.
