    only if done between meals.

if the first thing in the am I would at least have 20 grams of whey/water for the BCAA's or take 4-6 grams of BCAA capsules
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I'm a native Californian. I may not be blond but being Californian still applies...

Not sure what you are looking for exactly. Is it my off day? Or is it one of my scheduled workout days but I have very limited time? Assuming I woke up a little late and then spent too long at IM and by the time I did get to the gym I only had 30 minutes to work out I would work out with compound movements only, for the most part. But then again I do my split liek this chest/bi's, Back/tri's, shoulders/traps, legs/calves. For the most part I can get chest or back or both shoulder and traps done in 30 minutes, just not as much rest and little lighter weight. Legs though would be tough. Today was leg day and because I was dicking around here to long I didn't have enough time to get a full workout in. I just concentrated on quads, took 35 minutes for a total of 12 sets, plus a few warm up sets. Hamstrings I can get on Monday, and calves I can go without this week.

Did I answer the question right??
