    Question What can I achieve?

    Here's the deal.
I began training when I was 16 because I wanted to look like Arnold. After two years of minimal gains, I quit.

    Why?

Because I spoke with the biggest guys in the gym (World Gym in Guadalajara, Mexico), and they all admitted to doing drugs at some point to bulk up. I was disappointed. A few years later, I read magazines where it seemed a given that all champion bodybuilders all took drugs. Even Arnold admitted it. I went back to martial arts.

    Now, 7 years later. I'm 23.

The past month, I decided I didn't care. I wanted to achieve the best I could, without any juice.

Now I want to know - What's the best look I can expect as a natural bodybuilder? I seem to have an endomorph type of body. I'm 5'11(1.80cm), about 185 lbs(I think? 80kilograms). I still have kind of a spare tire, but I can practically see it going away.

I dieted, lost 15 pounds. I want to regain that, as muscle. What's the maximum weight I can achieve as a natural? 200 pounds maybe, in a year or two? What's your experience?

With a normal diet (5 meals a day, more protein than anything), I may add a protein shake, but no supplements(not even creatine).

Who are some good examples of natural bodybuilders? I've seen a few (like that bald guy... Don't remember his name, but he used to own a store and quit to pursue bodybuilding), and they look great, but even they use supplements.

And please, no questions about why I want to do this naturally. If you use juice, that's great, just don't try to force it on me. I understand I will NEVER look like a pro bodybuilder. That's ok. I just wanna have something to look forward to.

But I'll be honest, another reason I'm doing this is for de ladieez I want to have a nice body.

just b/c you aren't going to be on drugs you seem to think that you can't achieve an awesome physique. That isn't the attitude to have man. And certainly none of us can tell you what you are going to be able to accomplish, that is all up to you. I have a great quote for you. You can take all the drugs and supps you want, you can do every different training fad that is out there, you can try all sorts of techniques and shortcuts, but there is no substitute for consistency, the day in day out, month in and month out, year in year out hard work, that is the key.

The gains come with time, and experience with both diet and training. If you really want it, you can't stop - persistence is what makes it pay off.
