how can i gain more weight?

i am 17, 185lbs. i have been stuck on 185lbs for over a month now. i dont exactly know what to do to gain more weight. if anyone has any tips please let me know.

try taking a week off and mixing up your routine a bit.

when i take a week off wont that drop like my bench and other lifts i do. drop weight from them when i start again.

You should post what you're eating, and how often you're training. If you're hitting the gym heavily, maybe you do need a few days rest and good sleep.

Eat more food. You dont gain weight from running or jumping or lifting weights, you gain weight from food and metabolism.
