training for wrist??
Is there any method of training to make the wrist thicker?

not really, the wrist is made up of bone(s).
but why would you want your wrist thicker? smaller joints create the illusion of bigger muscles! I view my small joints as a blessing. ![]() |

but my wrist is really thin. i can't wear my watch properly, so i thought there might be some ways for me to train my wrist as some of my friends have thicker wrist then me. why is that so if the wrist is made up of bones? because i have smaller bones?
