Split Routine help

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
OK..I am starting a split this week to help kick in the fitness...and want to run it by you all to see if this will work or it is over the top?

Monday Wednesday and friday I follow the Body for Life routine
and on tues thursday and sat I was doing the High Intensity 20 minute workout on the recombant bike.

As I have 80 ( I think...I'll get a body fat test when I am more confident) more pounds to go I want to ad a split for more cardio during the week.

Will it hurt the muscle I am trying to create by adding a 20 minute cardio in the evening for 6 days?

It will look like this;

Monday
AM : Upper Body
PM : 20 minutes Hi Intensity Cardio

Tuesday
AM : 20 minutes Hi Intensity Cardio
PM : 20 minutes Hi Intensity Cardio

Wednesday
AM : Lower Body
PM : 20 minutes Hi Intensity Cardio

Thursday
AM : 20 minutes Hi Intensity Cardio
PM : 20 minutes Hi Intensity Cardio

Friday
AM : Upper Body
PM : 20 minutes Hi Intensity Cardio

Saturday
AM : 20 minutes Hi Intensity Cardio
PM : 20 minutes Hi Intensity Cardio

Sunday

REST

Sunday I have about 350 grams of Carbs but during the week I only have at most 30-50 grams.

Most of my calories come from fat (50-60%) and protein (30-35%) during the workout days.

Currently I am taking in about 3,000 kcal a day and have lost about 20 llbs so far.

Currently I am 6'2" and 290. I am following Dr. Maru DiPascale Anabolic Diet.

Oh hi Prince...

I am in the process of losing 80 pounds. At the same time trying to keep as much muscle as I can

I think you're going to burn out pretty quick with that routine.

When you say "focus on my diet too" can you be more explicite?

Are you refering to mine or yours? If you are refering to mine what would you change?

Oh by the way..I was only doing all the cardio for 12 week blitz. Its short term thing.

I'll go to 3 times a week after that just on the days I dont lift. But I wanted to do a 12 week "cycle" (scuse the pun)
