Is there a doctor in the house???

Are any members or moderators MD's?

I love the sound of clanging iron in the morning. It sounds like victory.

I do not doubt that. I wish I had a family doc who also worked out, took supps, and could discuss such things with me in an intelligent manor.

Anyway, I have the blood profile results from last weeks check up.

Almost everyting is within normal ranges. Protein, glucose, sodium, etc.... The PSA test was good too.

Thyroid profile was fine.

Free test was on the high side of normal for my age. :-)

The problem areas were cholesterol.---145 but HDL was high at 26. My ratio was just over the high side. Doc told me to exercise more...

Liver enzymes---SGOT was ok at 31 range is 5-40.
The SGPT was high at 59. Range is 5 to 40.

So I have to wonder why it's high. I know it's not alcohol because I don't drink. So could it be from the 1AD? From the ECA supps?
I'm off the 1AD but on the 6OXO. I'll retest in 6 weeks or so and see.

Does anyone else follow their blood profiles?
