how accurate are charts that tell you what you 1 rep max is? For example it would say if you can do 165 for 5 reps then your 1 rep max is 190. And is this only for the bench press or for all lifts?


For me they are pretty accurate for "everything." I think they will be fairly close for most people, some, perhaps not.
