    Limp,

i'm new here as well, and I want to echo what i've been told and read about - Sixpack is ALL about diet.

I would suggest trying to increase your meals to 5/6 a day. Cut out ALL the sugar (like the candy) and loss the pasta. Basically you want to burn fat and eating food with a high GI will slow down that process.

Hope that helps a bit - read up on some of the threads in the "Diet & Nutrition" forum.

    Good luck on those abs!

wow, you are very english. Anyways, what dymas said is =only half of what's important. Besides diet, you also need cardio. Also, you should know lettuce should not be considered a health food because it has almost no nutritional value at all. It is mostly water. Also, ketchup is terrible for you. Get rid of it completely.

well, one thing I can tell you is based on that diet it's no surprise that you do not have a visible six pack.

please refer to some of the articles here www.ironmagazine.com read thru some threads in the diet & nutrition forum, and you may want to read thru some of the journals here.
