hey does anyone know how i should increase my size in arms should i do any exercise until i feel a burning sensation.for example i do dumbell curls 1set warm up with 20 pounds about 12 reps right after that should i do 40 for about 6 reps is that effective.ill do anything to gett my arms to 18 inches.i got 15 1/2 inches right now im 175 pounds and im 5'11''.i neeeeeeddddd hhheeellllpppp.
In all honesty you are going to have to increase your overall bodyweight and size to increase your ams much further. Do not focus on your arm size per se, rather direct your efforts to overall weight gain and the arms will come right along with it providing that you utilize basic compound movements, e.g. squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, bench press, standing barbell curls, skull crushers....
If I were you I would not even be worrying about any type of arm isolation movements, it's a waste of time. Once you get over 200lbs and your arms are 18" then you can focus on those dumbbell curls and shit.
