    sauna suit?

has anyone every heard of this sauna suit? my friend started boxing and used this sauna suit everyday for a month for 10 mins. this kid lost big weight! but he also had a real good fruit diet. i bought it the same time he did but i got a nasty heat rash from it...box says 10 mins max.... had it on for like and hour...

but anyways i was wondering if anyone has had experience with this sauna suit and if it really dose work or if my friend lost weight from his training.

From my guess you would only lose water weight from the sauna, cause all ur doing is sweating water out. I think it was probably his diet.

SWEATING DOES NOT MAKE YOU LOSE FAT!!!! Cardio does. Sweating will make you lose weight temporarily because you are getting rid of a lot of water in your body. Sauna suits are not healthy weight-loss machines. And by the way, you are pretty stupid if you kept it on for 6 times what the box said.
