Why not just mix it yourself? Carb + protein is going to be an MRP or weight gainer, for me I'd gain TOO much weight.

is there any good shakes out there that have the combination of protein,carbohydrates,and creatine all at the same time.please let me know.thanks alot fellow lifties.
