alrighty well... this might be a big order here.. but, ive been working out for a bit and i've only noticed little gains... im not really big into the weight lifting but i'd like to be. i was hoping maybe some people could give me a list of exercises to do for each body part, and maybe a work out routine for the week.
any help you people can give me is highly appricated![]()
