    mon: shoulders
    Tue: back/Bis
    Wed: off
    thurs: legs
    Fri: chest/tris
    Sat: off
    sun: arms

This is somewhat my schedule more or less. It varies a bit each week. Sometimes I will just do back or shoulders by it self and then the arms the next day or something like that. I try to avoid doing chest and back and legs and back in a sequence.
