ive reached a plataue and i cant see to gain anymore im an ectomorph currently trying to bulk i weigh 135 now,not on ne supps except for whey.i just finished building strength i used to like 5 reps 5 sets.i dont work out my traps and my legs imply becuz i work out at home and i dont want to do squats without a spotter and it also hurts my neck a lot for some reason and i dont really like working traps lol (I CANT FEEL THE BURNNN LOL)ill start once school starts and i can go to the school gym with my buddies.i eat around 2000 calories a day and around 120 grams of protien any help would be very grateful thanks
