just buy the damn thing... it can't be more than $10... sure beats reading it off a computer screen... and if you plan on printing it out it'd probably cost that much for the paper alone :P

no offense agree-unit but his book is several hundred pages it would take forever tp type all that s*&! up on a computer just buy the book if ya really want it. By the way, I wouldn't recommend trying any of his "training" workouts since you would have to be on drugs to train like he did!

It could be usefull for workout stuff to some point too, but things like dumbell and barbell pullovers are more muscle builders where he says it could build the rib cage which to my knowlege is impossible, cartlidge fusion or not.
