Poll: Full Height

This is a question for those of you men that are full grown. Im fifteen now and I'm 5'8" and 143 pounds. Judging by Genetics I would guess somewhere between 5'9" and 6 foot would be my full height. I was just wondering how old were you when you stopped growing? When did you reach your full height?

I reached full height about 17/18. When I was 14 I was 5'9" which was about average, sometimes people tall early on stop growing early and vice versa, not always the case of course. So I was kind of average till about 16 when I kept growing and most other people seemed to be stopping around then. I voted 18 just for the hey, I dont remember for certain.

The more interesting poll would be "at what age did you reach your heaviest weight"?

RC, a doctor can look at your wrists and bone structure to make a guess.

I reached 230 for awhile at 21, hit 240 sometime last year (26).

I have sort of skinny wrists right now and I'd say and average bone structure as far as shoulder width. But the thing is, is my dad has wider wrists then me and my grandpa also, and my dad his weren't really wider until he was like 20. He also said hes was aobut my size when he was a senior, even though he was put up a grade, and that he never had the kind of muscular definition that I do until he was older. I'm hoping to take after my grandpa who was about 5'9" with broad shoulders and a barrel chest in his prime. As far as height ill be fine with 5'10"
cause if i get much taller they'll move me wide receiver or something. So I'm hoping my bone structure will widen out and my wrists and such to make me more suitable for linebacker.

All I can really say is you get what you get. I really have no idea how the bone measurements in the wrist/hands work, I do not know what they look at.

I'm white, and have always felt my wrists were kinda sucky, but I always want more. I am 6'2" without my shoes on and have a 7.5" right wrist, my left is something smaller but dont recall exact how different.

I was kind of a late bloomer and stopped growing upwards around 20 years old. I was 5'2" in my junior year of high school. I grew almost ten inches over the next couple of years. Lots of body aches and pains during that time.

Exactly like I said Some 'shorter' people were taller early on and then stopped growing, some people are late bloomers.

I was a mild late bloomer, when most others stopped growing around 16/17 I had a little more to go.

i was always tall and my family was always saying i was gonna be like "aunt so and so" who was tall but then stopped growing really young and is now about 5' 3"

wrong. i squeeked out another inch at 19 which i think is pretty odd for women. (i think lots of guys keep growing after high school. my ex was 5' 10" as a senior in h.s. and he's 6' 1" now)

Tomorrow may be the best day of your life.

Or not.

I voted 18 which is how old I am right now. Im 6'3".

The doctor said I should be about 6'4". I've got relatives on my dad's side in the 6'7" -8" range. I grew rapidly when I was younger, always the tallest kid in the class, then around 3rd grade I packed on the weight to go with it. I was about 6'1" or 6' even when I was 14 so I've added 2 or inches in the last 4 years.

I've heard alot of people say that men go through another growth spurt when they are in their early 20s. Anyone heard of this?

Which is exactly why my first post says this poll is for full grown men only.

Yes, around 6th or 7th grade and then the boys grow like crazy. My 15 year old daughter hasn't grown anymore in a year...most of the girls her age haven't grown either.
