    Bulking

Ok guys i know that this has probably been asked heaps of times but i am looking to bulk up in the next prolly 3 - 6 months. I am currently 5"8 and 60kg, and am hoping to be about 70 to maybe 75 in 6 months. I am not taking any protein or any other supplements, but i may if i can find a good one that is recommended for me. Im not gonna do roids so dont even mention it haha. Yeah and also how many sets/reps do u think i should be looking at for my exercises, i am currently doing 3 sets with 12, then 10 then 8 reps, should i change this? Also i am using conventional weights aswell as machines, would i see better results with just using weights? I am currently working out 3 times a week.

Any help would be much appreciated, and im sorry to bore u with this question haha.

    Michael.

Bulking is a dietary thing, you dont gain weight from riding a bike just as you dont gain weight from lifting weights.

You gain weight from what you put in your mouth

You would not think that Lou Ferrigno got over 300 pounds by eating 3 small meals a day right?
