Advice ..pulled groin
I was doing some sprints when I was playing with my dog when suddenly I felt a sharppain in my groin...
I pulled my groin and it hurt.. How long till I can start my running or leg workout? What could I do to speed up the healing? |

Rest, rest, and more rest. I've pulled my groin before, and it SUCKS. I wouldn't plan on running for at least a couple of weeks. If you don't let it heal 100%, it will very easily pull again.
I played organized hockey for ten years and the only games I missed were due to a groin pull. |

Yeah I feel you there vitto.I pulled my groin playing football.The ball was going one way, i was positioned the other.ouch! Anyways, u need to do A LOT OF STRETCHING!That should do the trick.
