loss of progress..
hi all
recently i feel like i'm not gaining at all, mass or strength-wise. i seem to be stuck. i recently took a week off due to wrist pain and was hoping when i came back i would be stronger but i seem weaker. more sluggish over all i guess you could say as well my diet has not changed. my sleeping patterns have not changed. any ideas? thanks |

has your workout changed? try mixing things up..different exercies, more/less reps, etc. Also, change your diet some maybe. Eat different foods at different times of the day. if you're bulking, up your calories a little....that's my advice
