Where is Tri's?

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Why are you training shoulders the day after chest and triceps? That is too much on the recovery system.

A very typical split, although training shoulders the next day after chest/tri's can be a problem, also training legs the next day after back can be difficult too.

Yeh, try to put the shoulders after the legs and switch around to put the back at least a day after other major muscle groups. It depends on how your body responds. Also, i have troubledoing chest and tris on the same day due to the tris already getting indirectly hit with the chest movements. Some people often don;t find this a problem. You can always stick with it and evaluate your results.
