too much bicep?
my splits goes chest tris, back, rest, shoulders, legs off off
so i was going to go do 4 sets ( 2 preacher curls, 2 hammer curls) on back day (tuesday), then on leg day (friday) do 2 sets of barbell curls and 2 sets of dumbell curls and one machine drop set curl... is this too much bicep? im not taking creatine, eating alot and often.. seemingly getting plenty of rest.. my reps are generally 6 - 10 for biceps |

It may depend on your age. I am probably a bit older and I would still be recovering on that kind of split. Well, of course I hit the biceps very hard with 8-12 sets so this may account for the slower recovery too. Give it a try and see how much your strength falls off on the 2nd biceps day.

that's a lot of bicep work (for me), but you can always try it for a month and see if you respond.

the weird thingis .. i know the tripce is about 3 times the size of the bicep .. but i do triceps with chest . 6 sets .. 3 sets of skull crushers and 3 sets of push downs.. and my triceps were sore (a good sore) until today even a little.. friday --- does/should that have any affect on how much i should do my biceps?

somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......
