I have an NASM certification. What do you need help with, the test is realtivly easy. I don't know how much I agree with some of their principles but if you just study their book the test is cake.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was having trouble with the case study example. I finally figured our what I was doing incorrectly, and just passed both the written and case study test.

Kind regards,

Kevin

Read book, read book again and highlight, then make flash cards, like 500 or so, study for two weeks 2-3 hours a day and you will ace it easy.

NASM and ACSM are the only two nationlly recognized certs that matter , the rest are weekend fillers.

Certs are a dime a dozen and in my book they don't mean anything. I see some of the worst personal trainers in gyms these days. Guys that don't know their anatomy or biomechanics. If you want to be a trainer then you should just read as much as you can and get a degree in exercise physiology, exercise science or kineseology.
